Jeffrey C. Zilba has provided legal assistance to persons charged with crimes for more than 22 years.  He has appeared on behalf of defendants throughout the courts of Ohio.  He has also appeared in the state and/or federal courts of Michigan, Kentucky, Florida, Indiana and Washington. He is admitted to practice before the federal courts in the Northern District of Ohio and the Southern District of Michigan. Mr. Zilba is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. Further, most courts will permit attorneys outside their jurisdiction to appear upon proper application.

Mr. Zilba has defended many "white-collar" criminal defendants, including physicians, lawyers, entrepeneurs, CEO's and other professionals and business persons charged with criminal offenses.

Mr. Zilba has extensive familiarity with the federal court system including the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines.
